For outbound communication, a simple but powerful set of tools permit you to use PARENT CONNECT to communicate via SMS, email or standard telephony and contact groups or individuals to advise of school closures, changes to pupils’ itineraries or any other important time-urgent messages. PARENT CONNECT maintains an audit trail of all important communication, by storing customised contact notes and full call logs which are optimised to assist with school improvement and key OFSTED areas.
