Option 1 - Remote Support / Management of servers.
We can connect directly to your server via a point to point Remote Desktop connection, subsequently enabling remote diagnostics and resolution. |

Option 2 - Prepaid packages of technical support - our most popular offering
Available as 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 days per year, lower costs are possible for pre-paid support.
You only pay for time spent on site – no allowance or charge for travelling
If you need to increase the number of days within a year, you only pay the difference between that package and the next one up. This takes out any risk for you. |

Option 3 - Pay as you use technical support / advice on IT related matters.
Paid on a day or half day rate.
Priority for scheduling will be given to those who have purchased prepaid packages of technical support under Option 2 (above) |

Option 4 - Regular Technician Service.
We can provide a regular technician service to cover all manner of day to day, week to week ICT related matters. This technician will always have the backup of a senior technician for more complex work, as detailed above.
Half day a week or fortnight packages are also available.
